St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS)
Based at St. Patrick’s University Hospital in central Dublin, SPMHS is Ireland's largest, independent, not-for-profit mental health service, providing community and outpatient care through a network of clinics, day-patient services through its Wellness and Recovery Centre, and a multi-disciplinary inpatient service across three centres in Dublin.
Cornerstone worked with SPMHS in two key areas between 2017 and 2019:
A detailed Fund-Raising Planning Study which analysed potential for the organisation to garner financial support from four key sectors (High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporates, Public Funding and Charitable Trusts & Foundations). This involved a comprehensive evaluation of SPMHS’s position in relation to the four key pillars which dictate the success of any Major Gifts Fund-Raising Campaign, namely Case for Support, Campaign Leadership, Potential Donors and Campaign Plan.
Compilation, in close co-operation with the CEO and Executive team, of a new Strategic Plan for the organisation “Changing Minds. Changing Lives. Strategy 2018-2022”, which sets out the vision for the organisation and a comprehensive set of action items and measurable outcomes to drive operational excellence into the future.
